Policy.
This policy explains what personal data [business name] ("we", "us") collects through muscle-overdose.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in [country / city]. You can contact us at [contact email].
1. What we collect
- Application and renewal forms: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, Instagram or TikTok handle, goal, whether you are natural or have experience with enhancement, age, weight, training experience, budget range and what you write in "Why now?".
- Consultation call and book orders: name, contact details, the time slot you choose, what you order, and the email address or number we send your PDF to.
- Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.
- Website data: device, browser, pages visited and, if you accept cookies, advertising and analytics identifiers (see section 7).
2. Health-related information
Some of what you tell us (body stats, goals, enhancement experience) relates to your health. You give it voluntarily so that we can judge whether coaching suits you and plan your programme. We use it only for that purpose, keep it confidential and share it with no one except the service providers who help us run the service.
3. How we use your data
- to process your order, contact you and run your onboarding call, and to handle waitlist and renewal forms;
- to deliver coaching, consultation calls and books you have bought;
- to take payment and keep records;
- to send reminders before your term ends (about 7 days before, by email or WhatsApp);
- to answer questions and support you;
- to measure and improve our website and advertising, if you accept cookies;
- to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (for example when you submit a form or accept cookies), to take steps you ask for or perform an agreement with you, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, always in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR or UK GDPR.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate: form and email tools, spreadsheet or CRM tools, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, booking and payment providers, hosting, and advertising and analytics providers such as Meta and TikTok (only if you accept cookies). We may also disclose data if the law or a public authority requires it.
6. Where data is stored
Our providers may store data outside Egypt. Where that happens we rely on providers that protect data to a reasonable standard.
7. Cookies and tracking
If we use advertising or analytics pixels (for example the Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel), they load only after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Declining does not stop you using the site.
8. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it earlier (see section 9).
9. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, withdraw consent, and object to marketing messages. Email [contact email] and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
10. Age
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
