Conditions.
These terms apply when you use muscle-overdose.com or buy anything from [business name] ("we", "us"). By applying, paying or ordering, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
- 1:1 online coaching in three tiers (Foundation, Core, Elite), billed monthly or as a 3-month block.
- A one-off 30-minute consultation call.
- Digital books (PDF) from the Overdose series, sold individually or as a bundle. They are delivered to you as PDF files after payment.
What each tier includes is shown on the Packages page. Tiers and prices can change; the price you see when you pay is the price you pay.
2. Buying coaching
Coaching is bought online. You choose a package and pay in full, and we then book your onboarding call. Your order is a contract once payment is confirmed. If your answers show that another tier is more suitable (for example because of whether you are natural or have experience with enhancement), we will agree the right package with you at onboarding. Waitlist and renewal forms are not contracts. If you want to talk before you commit, you can buy the 1:1 consultation call first.
3. Who can use our services
You must be 18 or over. You must answer application questions honestly, including whether you are natural or have experience with enhancement, because it decides which tier is suitable and how we plan your programme.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Converted prices shown to visitors outside Egypt are approximate; the amount charged is in EGP.
- Payment is due in full before a term, call or order begins.
- Coaching never renews automatically. When a term ends you choose your next tier and billing period and pay again.
5. No refunds
All payments are final. Once money has been transferred for any service, it is not refundable. Please read the Refund Policy before you pay.
6. Your responsibilities
- follow the programme, send check-ins on time and tell us about anything that affects your training or health;
- get medical clearance before starting if you have any health condition or concern, and stop and see a doctor if you feel unwell;
- make your own informed decisions and follow the laws of the country you live in.
7. What coaching is, and is not
Coaching is education, planning and guidance about training, nutrition, supplements and related topics. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. "PED coaching support" means education, planning and monitoring around your own informed decisions; we do not prescribe medication. See the Health & Results Disclaimer.
8. No guarantee of results
Results depend on many things, including your effort, genetics, health and consistency. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
9. Our content
Programmes, books, videos, images and other material are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only. Do not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
When you buy a PDF book or a training program you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. Do not forward, upload, share, resell or publish the file or any part of it.
10. Ending coaching
You may stop at the end of any term. We may end coaching, with no refund, if you seriously break these terms, abuse or threaten us, give false information, or fail to pay.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm that results from not following professional medical advice or from choices you make about your own body. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts in [country / city], unless mandatory law says otherwise.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [contact email].
